Effective Date: June 20th, 2026

1. Panelist(s) agree to check in the day of their panel at the Panel Information booth located across from the AZPM Photobooth and parallel to the Main Theater space.

2. Panelist(s) confirm that no NSFW nor 18+ content is present in their panel unless they received written permission from Cosplay and Event Programming Directors. (IMPORTANT: UwU Con will permit 18+ panels, with approval from leadership, on Friday, October 2nd from 5 PM to 10 PM – Security WILL be present to check IDs).

3. Panelist(s) understand that content must be family friendly; this means content must meet a PG-13 or lower rating (e.g. no excessive vulgar language, imagery or concepts).

4. Panelist(s) understand that UwU Con has the right to cancel, end and otherwise hault their programming if inappropriate behavior is reported to the Cosplay and Event Programming Directors regarding their panelist(s) and/or presentation contents.

5. Panelist(s) agree to adhere to the following ethical principles: honesty, respect, transparency, active listening, avoidance of negative tone, responsible behavior, cultural sensitivity and compassion.

 

ADDITIONAL PANEL CONDITIONS

• UwU Con requires that ALL panelists be 18 years of age or older; due to liability and privacy reasons, we cannot permit persons under the age of 18 to present panels at UwU Con.
• UwU Con will provide each approved panelist with a full event badge. Each panel may have up to 4 people present (this includes the individual submitting this form).
• If your panel is accepted, you must agree to media streaming and/or photography during your presentation.
• Panels submitted should tie into the UwU Con theme of “Animation and Pop Culture”. This can be anything from anime, video games, manga, manhwa, costuming, cosplay, music, TV, theater, etc.
• Panels may be presentations, demonstrations and interactive discussions.
  • At this time, UwU Con is not accepting Movie/TV Screenings. We hope to have the space and permission to accept these submissions in the future.
• Finally, ALL panelists must submit their LEGAL NAME for badge pickup. If you have a preferred name that we post on the website please be sure to include it in this form.
