Festival Pop Up
Welcome to our NEW Festival Pop Up! This is an expansion of UwU Con’s outdoor space where individuals and/or companies can rent a table daily to interact with UwU Con attendees. These tables must be setup and broken down daily (meaning nothing may be left overnight).
There are THREE different applications you can submit:
Gently used cosplay/costume items
Community organizations and/or charities
Business Advertising, Local Businesses, etc.

FAQs
Who can Apply?
Anyone is welcome to apply so long as they follow the rules of the Eventeny form and they are over the age of 18.
What is CosSwap?
CosSwap is a way for costumers/cosplayers to sell and/or trade their gently used costume items. All items must be clean and well constructed. We do not permit the selling of used undergarments, used contact lenses and used mouth prosthetics.
What is a community partner?
We define a community partner as a local organization that collaborates with the community to provide services, resources, support and/or charity.
What is a Sales Vendor?
A Sales Vendor is someone who does not necessarily fit in the categories listed above. They could be a local business interested in advertising their services, a Make Up Artist looking to perform services at UwU Con or a large entity interested in marketing their strategies/wares/frameworks.
